OnePlus has just launched the OnePlus 15 in India, but the company skipped the OnePlus 15R at the event. However, the brand has teased the arrival of the successor to the OnePlus 13R.
At the OnePlus 15 launch event, a company spokesperson hinted at the upcoming model, saying, “For those waiting for the OnePlus 15R, stay tuned.” This suggests the launch could happen soon.

OnePlus 15R India Launch Timeline (Expected)
The company hasn’t confirmed the launch timeline for the OnePlus 15R yet, but reports suggest it could arrive next month in the global markets, including India. Moreover, the device is expected to be a rebranded version of the OnePlus Ace 6, which made its debut in China last month.
OnePlus 15R—Features in India
If the OnePlus 15R is indeed a rebranded version of the OnePlus Ace 6, it is believed to offer a similar set of specifications, with minor tweaks—especially in the camera department, similar to what we saw with the OnePlus 13R.
To recall, the Ace 6 has a 6.83-inch 1.5K (1,272 x 2,800 pixels) flat AMOLED screen with up to 165Hz refresh rate and 5,000 nits peak brightness. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.1 onboard storage.
For imaging, the OnePlus Ace 6 offers a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS) and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens. Upfront, there is a 16MP front-facing camera for selfies. Running ColorOS 16 based on Android 16, the device packs a 7800mAh battery with 120W SuperVOOC fast charging. Moreover, the phone features IP66/68/69/69K dust and water resistance.
