The Vivo X300 Ultra has been the talk of the town for a while, which will succeed the X200 Ultra. While Vivo has yet to reveal any official details about the upcoming model, leaks and rumours have already given us a good idea of what to expect.

There have even been multiple reports speculating about its launch timeline. Now, the latest leak has shared new information regarding the phone’s launch and battery details. Let’s dive in!

Vivo X300 Ultra Launch Timeline Leaked Again

Vivo X300 Ultra New Leak Reveals Battery Details

According to the latest leak, the Vivo X300 Ultra is scheduled to launch in Q1 2026, falling between January and March. This timeline is fairly close to the X200 Ultra’s April launch earlier this year.

This also aligns with an earlier leak from Digital Chat Station, who reported that the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5-powered Ultra model is tentatively scheduled for a March 2026 launch. Although he didn’t specify the device name, it was believed to be the Vivo X300 Ultra.

The leak also indicates that Vivo’s upcoming flagship will come equipped with a 7,000mAh battery, which would be an upgrade over the X200 Ultra’s 6,000mAh battery unit.

Vivo X300 Ultra: What We Know So Far

In terms of specs, the Vivo X300 Ultra will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip. It will run on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. It’s also tipped to feature a 6.8-inch 2K OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.

Moreover, the X300 Ultra is likely to come with one of the most advanced camera systems we’ve seen on a smartphone. It could offer two 200MP sensors-one for the main wide-angle camera and another for the periscope telephoto lens-alongside a 50MP ultrawide and a 50MP autofocus selfie camera.

As of now, there is no information regarding the global launch of the Ultra model. Hpwever, it was recently spotted in the GSMA IMEI database with the model number V2562 – a clear sign that it’s headed for international markets. Meanwhile, Vivo is gearing up to launch the X300 and X300 Pro in India, with the launch scheduled to take place tomorrow (December 2). Stay tuned with us!
