Poco has officially kicked off the teaser campaign for its next-generation flagship lineup, hinting that the Poco F8 series is closer than expected. The brand’s Hong Kong division has shared what appears to be the first official poster, confirming earlier rumours that Poco plans to launch the successors to the F7 Pro and F7 Ultra much earlier than the usual cycle.
With this teaser, anticipation around the Poco F8 Pro and Poco F8 Ultra has intensified, especially among performance-focused smartphone users.

Early Teaser Confirms Imminent Global Debut
Poco has also revealed that the upcoming model will continue to carry the brand’s trademark high-performance DNA. However, this time, the company is placing special emphasis on a completely new acoustic design. According to Poco, this redesign aims to deliver a smoother, richer, and more immersive multimedia and gaming experience, suggesting noticeable upgrades in audio clarity, speaker tuning, and overall soundstage.
Expected Hardware, Variants, and Rebranding Details
While the teaser does not explicitly confirm the device names, the design language showcased aligns with previously leaked renders of the Poco F8 series. Industry insiders claim that Poco is gearing up for a global launch as early as December, with the Poco F8 Pro and Poco F8 Ultra expected to headline the lineup.
Reports suggest that the Poco F8 series will be rebadged versions of the Redmi K90 and Redmi K90 Pro Max from China, though with one notable hardware change-smaller batteries than their Chinese counterparts. In terms of performance, the Poco F8 Pro is tipped to feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, while the higher-end Poco F8 Ultra may ship with the next-gen Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, offering improved power efficiency and thermal management.
The lineup may also include a standard Poco F8 model, expected to launch later. This base variant is rumoured to be a rebranded Redmi Turbo 5 Pro, a device that itself is awaiting release in China. Additionally, Poco is reportedly developing the Poco Pad M1, believed to be a rebadged Redmi Pad 2 Pro, expanding the brand’s ecosystem ahead of the F8 series rollout.
