Honkai: Star Rail has officially revealed the complete kit details for one of its upcoming five-star characters, Feixiao. This Honkai: Star Rail character is currently an NPC who has already appeared in the official storyline, introduced as one of the Seven Arbiter Generals.
Honkai: Star Rail‘s recent Special Program confirmed that Feixiao will be released in the upcoming Version 5.1, which will also feature the new Abundance user Lingsha. The livestream also revealed that Feixiao will be part of the first banner phase, which should arrive around September 10.

Both of these attacks have the same effect, dealing Wind damage to a selected target. If the enemy is not Weakness Broken, the damage multiplier will increase.
