Mumbai, February 14, 2025: Mahindra’s latest electric SUVs, the XEV 9e and BE 6, have set a new record with 30,179 bookings on the first day, amounting to ₹8,472 crore in booking value at ex-showroom prices.
The demand is split between the two models, with the XEV 9e securing 56% of the bookings (approximately 16,900 units), while the BE 6 accounts for the remaining 44% (around 13,279 units). Notably, 73% of buyers have opted for the top-end Pack Three variant, which features a 79 kWh battery, highlighting a strong preference for premium, long-range models.
Deliveries for the Pack Three variants are set to begin in mid-March 2025. This overwhelming response reflects the growing demand for high-end electric SUVs in India and reinforces Mahindra’s commitment to advancing electric mobility.
