Pune, India, March 5, 2025 – Mechatronics expert Marquardt is enhancing its footprint in India with the official inauguration of a new facility in Talegaon, near Pune, backed by an investment of Rs 180 crores aimed at capitalizing on the burgeoning opportunities within India’s mobility sector.

Equipped with advanced assembly lines, in-house electronics production, and logistics capabilities, Marquardt will deliver comprehensive mechatronic solutions from Talegaon, including drive authorization systems, gear selector switches, and battery management systems for electric vehicles.
This investment also facilitates shorter supply chains, quicker response times, and enhanced flexibility. Over the next five years, Marquardt plans to generate approximately 300 additional jobs at the new site, demonstrating its long-term commitment to India.
