Oppo K15 Turbo Series Specs Tipped: Check Details

Oppo’s next gaming-focused smartphones might already be in testing. A new leak from reliable tipster Digital Chat Station suggests that the company is preparing to launch the Oppo K15 Turbo and K15 Turbo Pro in China, following the success of the K13 Turbo series earlier this year.

The new models are expected to bring major performance upgrades, powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon chips.

Two Phones, Two Approaches

According to the leak (via), Oppo is testing the upcoming K-series with next-generation Snapdragon 8-series chipsets. The standard K15 Turbo could feature the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor and a 6.59-inch display, making it slightly smaller and more compact than its predecessor.

The higher-end K15 Turbo Pro, on the other hand, will reportedly include a larger 6.78-inch LTPS screen with 1.5K resolution and the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 — Qualcomm’s next flagship chip. This model is said to cater to users who want top-tier gaming performance and a bigger display, possibly along with a larger battery to support heavier workloads.

Inside the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, expected to power the K15 Turbo Pro, is built on TSMC’s 3nm (N3P) process and uses Qualcomm’s Oryon CPU architecture. It reportedly includes 2x 3.8GHz performance cores and 6x 3.32GHz efficiency cores, paired with an Adreno 840 GPU clocked at 1.2GHz.

Early benchmark leaks place its performance at around 3.3 million points on AnTuTu and roughly 3000/10,000 on Geekbench 6. For comparison, this performance is similar to last year’s 8 Elite in terms of CPU, but weaker in the GPU department.

What’s Next for Oppo’s K-Series

Oppo hasn’t shared an official launch timeline yet, but based on previous release patterns, the K15 Turbo lineup could debut in China by early 2026 before expanding to other markets like India.

The K-series has been Oppo’s quiet entry point into gaming-oriented hardware, offering flagship-level performance at more accessible pricing. If the leaked specs hold up, the K15 Turbo Pro could be one of the first devices to showcase the full potential of Snapdragon 8 Gen 5.
