Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 has dropped and at launch players can either jump into Vandorn Farm Survival to take on endless rounds of the undead, or experience the Ashes of the Damned map in its entirety, testing their luck in powering up the map’s POIs, crafting the map’s Wonder Weapon, and then taking on the Main Quest for some seriously awesome rewards.
As it stands, Ashes of the Damned is the largest map in Zombies history yet, and with such a large scale, there are bound to be a bunch of Side Easter Eggs that players can complete. Luckily, Treyarch has stuck to their roots by bringing yet another musical score in the form of Ashes of the Damned’s very own Easter Egg Song. How to Complete the Music Easter Egg in Ashes of the Damned
To complete the Music Easter Egg in Ashes of the Damned, players will need to find and interact with a total of three Mister Peeks Headphones scattered throughout the three different points of interest: Janus Towers Plaza, Ashwood, and Exit 115. Once players have found and triggered all three, the map’s Easter Egg song, Turn to Ashes by Kevin Sherwood featuring Elena Siegman, will begin to play.
The Easter Egg itself does not grant any additional rewards besides triggering the song, and continues the trend of Treyarch including at least one Easter Egg song per Zombies map. For a full breakdown of where to find each Mister Peeks Headphone, check below.
All Mister Peeks Headphone Locations in Ashes of the Damned
Mister Peeks Headphone Location #1: Server Room (Janus Towers Plaza)
The very first Mister Peeks Headphone can be found over in the Server Room in Janus Towers Plaza, the same location where you will need to take T.E.D.D.’s head to use Ol’ Tessie. To find it, simply head inside and locate it wedged inside the server just in front of the Quick Revive Perk Machine. Be sure to interact with the headphone to trigger it and move on to the next location.
Mister Peeks Headphone Location #2: Judgement Square (Ashwood)
The next Mister Peeks Headphone can be found in Ashwood, specifically within Judgement Square on the eastern side of the point of interest. To get to it, head up the stairs to the VS Recon wall-buy. Stand a little left, look up, and you can find the headphones on the destroyed roof of the building. Select the interact button to trigger the headphones.
Mister Peeks Headphone Location #3: Exit 115
The very last headphone can be found over at Exit 115. Head to this location using Ol’ Tessie, and then proceed to the truck located on the west side of the area. If you jump onto the bonnet of the truck and look down at the front passenger seat, you can find it. Interact with it to wrap up the final step of the Music Easter Egg.
