Conqueror’s Haki is an incredible power that fans have seen rarely in One Piece. This is an ability wielded only by some of the very strongest, or those who possess the highest ambition. Conqueror Haki is a rare form of Haki present in only one in a million people. Even among those millions, only a few manage to awaken it.
Conqueror’s Haki allows one to impose their willpower on others, intimidate them, or knock them out. Its truest form increases both offensive and defensive powers of an individual. Fans know clearly that this is a significant power for anyone to utilize in battle. Within the Strawhat Pirates, Conqueror’s Haki is not all that common. However, some members of the crew certainly do possess the potential to awaken it in One Piece.
Note: this article won’t include members who have already awakened Conqueror’s Haki, which includes Luffy and Zoro.
Chopper
Chopper is the doctor of the Straw Hat Pirates and certainly a powerful fighter of the crew. Fans know that he possesses majestic strength, thanks to his Devil Fruit and the use of Rumble Balls. But, Chopper is not someone who will go on to utilize Conqueror’s Haki ever.
In fact, the chances of him awakening this power are 0%, and regardless of what happened in the story moving forward, he will never get this ability.
Franky
The shipwright of the Strawhat Pirates, Franky is yet another individual whose chances of awakening Conqueror’s Haki are quite low. There is absolutely no denying the fact that Franky is very powerful. But, he can’t even utilize the other two basic forms of Haki, and for him, gaining Conqueror’s Haki is certainly a long shot. Franky will certainly not go on to awaken this power at any point in the story.
Brook
Brook is quite a unique fighter in One Piece. Fans know him to hold the power of the Yomi Yomi no Mi, and he channels the chill of the underworld using his sword, Soul Solid. Brook is very powerful, and a trustworthy officer of a Yonko crew.
That said, for Brook, power-ups such as Observation and Armament Haki make more sense than Conqueror’s Haki. Just like the others, Brook will most likely never go into awaken Conqueror’s Haki.
Jinbe
Jinbe is a very skilled Helmsman and fans also know him to possess tremendous strength. Jinbe is an incredibly well-respected individual, being famed as the Knight of the Sea. Jinbe embodies the hopes and dreams of both Otohime and Fisher Tiger.
While there is absolutely no denying the fact that he possesses tremendous willpower, Conqueror’s Haki isn’t all that likely for him. That said, one cannot deny the fact that Jinbe could potentially have this power and it wouldn’t feel out of place at all.
Robin
The archaeologist of the Straw Hat Pirates, Nico Robin is known to be a demon from the land of Ohara. She is the last known archaeologist from this land and someone with tremendous importance in the story, given that she can read the Poneglyphs. Robin is one of the biggest enemies of the World Government, and, overall, she is certainly a character who will excel with Haki.
It is baffling that Robin does not have access to Armament and Observation Haki right now. In fact, for a character of her importance, even Conqueror’s Haki wouldn’t feel out of place, given that she does have great ambition to find the Rio Poneglyph and make known the whole history of the entire world.
Nami
Seeing Nami so high up the list might surprise many fans, however, she certainly has a chance at awakening Conqueror’s Haki. For one, Nami’s true origins have not been revealed in the story and Oda seems to have planned something very emphatic around that, which may or may not be revealed later on the line.
After the events of Wano, Nami’s rage manifested itself as a power similar to Conqueror’s Haki. This might be dismissed by the fans as a gag, but, it is entirely possible that Oda goes all the way with it and eventually goes on to give her the Color of the Supreme King, although just in its basic form.
Usopp
The chances for Usopp to awaken Conqueror’s Haki are very high. Fans know Usopp to be an individual who lies often, but, somehow, his lies end up coming true. Usopp has lied about having Conqueror’s Haki on many occasions. In Wano, he once again repeated this life.
Above all, Usopp gaining Conqueror’s Haki would be fitting for his character arc, where he goes from a cowardly individual to a brave warrior of the sea who embodies great ambition.
Sanji
The cook of the Strawhat Pirates and one of the strongest fighters under Luffy, Sanji has the highest chances of getting Conqueror’s Haki. Sanji is a Prince of the Vinsmoke Family, and fans know for a fact that the Vinsmokes were Kings of the North Blue for a significant period of time. In the distant past, the Vinsmokes were wronged by someone somehow, and although fans don’t know much about it, it is known that they have Kingly blood in them.
Sanji having kingly blood flowing through his veins certainly does boost his chances greatly. On top of that, Sanji has the ambition to find the All Blue, which is something even rarer than finding the One Piece. This ambition, which burns inside his soul greatly, coupled with the fact that he is the descendant of Kings, and is among the strongest in the series just goes to show that Sanji will go on to awaken Conqueror’s Haki at some point in the story. It would also complement Luffy and Zoro, and complete the Monster Trio, making all of them Conqueror’s Haki users.
