Realme 16 Pro Full Specifications Revealed on TENAA Ahead of Launch

Realme is gearing up to launch the next iteration of its Number series of smartphones soon. While the launch of the Realme 16 series is still under wraps, new information has emerged about the specifications of the ‘Pro’ model.

The Realme 16 Pro recently showed up on China’s TENAA certification database with model number RMX5121. The listing reveals the full specifications of the Realme 16 Pro.

Realme 16 Pro Specifications

According to its TENAA listing, the Realme 16 Pro measures 162.6 × 77.6 × 7.75mm and weighs 192 grams. The smartphone features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution of 2772 × 1272 pixels. Although the listing doesn’t confirm it, the device is expected to support a 144Hz refresh rate, similar to its predecessor.

In terms of cameras, the Realme 16 Pro comes with a dual rear setup consisting of a 200MP primary sensor and an 8MP secondary lens. On the front, it sports a 50MP selfie camera for high-quality portraits and video calls. The device is expected to ship with Realme UI 7 based on Android 16. Powering the phone is an unspecified 2.5GHz chipset.

The Realme 16 Pro houses a large 7,000mAh battery, though TENAA lists its rated capacity as 6,830mAh. The phone is also likely to support 80W fast charging, similar to the previous generation. Additional features include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor and an IR blaster.

Realme 16 Pro Configurations

In China, the Realme 16 Pro will be offered in multiple RAM and storage variants, including 8GB, 12GB, and 16GB RAM options paired with 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, or even 1TB of storage. For India, recent leaks suggest four configurations: 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB.

The Realme 16 series is expected to make its debut in China in December and could arrive in India in the first quarter of 2026. To recall, the Realme 15 series made its debut in India in July this year.
