POCO F8 Pro and F8 Ultra Launched with HyperOS 3, Bose Audio, and Snapdragon Chips: Full Specs, Price

POCO has officially launched the F8 series in the global market, comprising the F8 Pro and the F8 Ultra. Both devices use the Snapdragon processors and run on Android 16-based HyperOS 3. Let’s check their detailed features, pricing, and India launch details inside.

POCO F8 Ultra Specifications

The POCO F8 Ultra has a 6.9-inch HyperRGB AMOLED display with a resolution of 2608×1200 pixels, a peak brightness of 3500 nits, and a layer of POCO Shield for protection against daily wear and tear. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 internal storage. The phone also includes 6,700mm² 3D dual-layer IceLoop system.

For imaging, the POCO F8 Ultra has a 50MP primary camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS), a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom, and a 50MP ultrawide camera. Up front, there is a 32MP selfie camera.

The POCO F8 Ultra also packs a 6,500mAh battery with 100W HyperCharge wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging support. Other features include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, eSIM, Bose-tuned 2.1 stereo setup, and an in-display fingerprint sensor.

POCO F8 Pro Specifications

The POCO F8 Pro has a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with up to 120Hz refresh rate and up to 3,500 nits of peak brightness. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC coupled with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage. For imaging, there is a 50MP main camera, a 50MP telephoto camera, and an 8MP ultrawide camera. Upfront, it opts for a 20MP selfie camera.

The Pro version packs a 6,210mAh battery with support for 100W wired HyperCharge and 22.5W reverse wired charging. The handset also supports eSIM and an IP68 rating. Other connectivity features are the same as the Ultra model.

POCO F8 Pro, F8 Ultra Price

The POCO F8 Pro price starts at $579 (around Rs 51,600) for the 12GB/256GB variant and $629 (around Rs 56,150) for the 12GB/512GB option. On the other hand, the F8 Ultra is priced at $729 (around Rs 65,094) for the 12GB/256GB model, while the 16GB/512GB version is priced at $799 (around Rs 71,344).

Moreover, the POCO F8 Ultra is offered in Black and Denim Blue colours, while the POCO F8 Pro will be available in Black, Blue and Titanium Silver variants. It’s also worth noting that both models are not coming to the Indian market.
