OnePlus may be getting ready to expand its flagship 15 series with a third model, and this one looks aimed at fans of smaller phones. According to a new leak, the company is working on a device called the OnePlus 15T.

OnePlus 15T Preparations Appear to Be Underway
The leak comes from Digital Chat Station, who claims OnePlus has begun internal preparations for the OnePlus 15T. According to the tipster, the company has even started trial production of accessories for the upcoming phone, which usually suggests development is moving beyond the early planning stage.
One accessory mentioned is a magnetic snap-on case, reportedly being tested in white and grey colour options.
Compact Display With a Focus on Smoothness
The OnePlus 15T is tipped to feature a 6.3-inch flat display with a 1.5K resolution. The panel is expected to be AMOLED and could support a 165Hz refresh rate, which has quietly become a recurring theme across recent OnePlus phones.
The phone is also said to use a metal frame and include a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.
Battery and Cameras Stand Out on Paper
One of the more surprising claims in the leak is the battery size. Despite the smaller form factor, the OnePlus 15T is said to pack a battery larger than 7,000mAh. If that turns out to be accurate, battery life could end up being one of the phone’s biggest strengths, especially for users who prefer smaller devices but don’t want to worry about charging.
On the camera side, the phone is expected to feature a dual-camera setup. Reports point to a 50-megapixel primary sensor paired with a 50-megapixel telephoto lens. There’s no mention of an ultra-wide camera at this stage.
Flagship Performance
Previous rumours have claimed the OnePlus 15T could be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. If that holds true, performance won’t be an area where OnePlus cuts corners.
Launch Timeline
As for launch timing, the OnePlus 15T is reportedly being lined up for release in the first half of 2026, starting with China.
How the OnePlus 15s Fits In
The OnePlus 15T is expected to arrive in India as the OnePlus 15s, following the same strategy OnePlus used earlier when the OnePlus 13T launched in India as the OnePlus 13s. In fact, the OnePlus 15s has already appeared on India’s Bureau of Indian Standards database, hinting that the launch may not be too far behind.
