Tecno recently confirmed the launch of the POVA Curve 2 5G in India. The POVA Curve 2 succeeds the original POVA Curve 5G, which was unveiled in India back in May 2025. While Tecno has revealed key information about the POVA Curve 2 5G’s design, although new leaks give us an in-depth look into its specifications.
Tecno POVA Curve 2 5G Launch & Price in India
The Tenco POVA Curve 2 5G is launching in India on February 13 at 12 pm IST. We expect the Tecno POVA Curve 2 5G price in India to start from under Rs 20,000. To recall, the Tecno POVA Curve 5G was priced at Rs 15,999 at the time of its launch in the country.

Tecno POVA Curve 2 5G Specifications: What to Expect
The Tecno POVA Curve 2 5G will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 SoC paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. Moreover, the handset is expected to sport a 6.78-inch 1.5K Curved AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. Additionally, the screen will be protected by Gorilla Glass 7i and a peak brightness of 4,500 nits.
Moreover, the POVA Curve 2 5G is also said to feature a massive 7,750mAh battery with 45W wired fast charging support. For optics, Tecno’s upcoming affordable smartphone will feature a 50MP primary sensor. As of now, it is unclear whether the other sensor on the back will be usable.
Up front, the Tenco POVA Curve 5G is touted to feature a 13MP selfie camera. The handset will run on Android 16 out of the box. It is expected to get an IP64 rating for resistance to dust and splashes of water. The phone will come in Mystic Purple, Melting Silver, and Storm Titanium shades.
The company has confirmed that the POVA Curve 2 will debut with its new Design 2.0 language, taking inspiration from space exploration. The smartphone will feature a slim profile with smooth, rounded dual curves for a more comfortable in-hand feel. On the back, it will sport a distinctive triangular camera module, designed to resemble spacecraft thrusters.
