Xiaomi 17T Price Range in India Leaked Ahead of Expected Launch in May

Xiaomi has just launched the 17 and the 17 Ultra in India. However, it seems the brand is not done yet. The Xiaomi 17T is expected to join the lineup soon. Earlier, tipster Abhishek Yadav claimed that the upcoming device will launch in India by the end of April or sometime in May.

Now, tipster Debayan Roy (Gadgetsdata) has revealed the arrival of the Xiaomi 17T along with its expected pricing in India. Here’s eveything we know so far.

According to tipster Debayan Roy, the Xiaomi 17T will launch in India within the next 2-3 months. He also stated that the smartphone could be priced at around ₹55,000, which is likely to include launch offers.

Xiaomi 17T: What to Expect

Reports suggest that the Xiaomi 17T may launch alongside the 17T Pro model. However, the brand might only bring the standard variant to India. As for the features, rumours and reports revealed that both the Xiaomi 17T and the 17T Pro will come with Leica-tuned cameras.

Both are expected to feature a triple rear camera setup consisting of 50MP + 12MP + 50MP sensors, although the primary and telephoto sensors are likely to differ between the two models. The Pro variant is also tipped to include a periscope telephoto camera. For selfies, both phones could opt for a 32MP front camera.

Moreover, the Xiaomi 17T is expected to pack the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 chipset and a 6,500mAh battery with 67W fast charging. On the other hand, the Xiaomi 17T Pro is tipped to be powered by the Dimensity 9500 processor.

The Pro model is also rumoured to be based on the Redmi K90 Ultra, which is expected to launch in China in April with a 6.8-inch OLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate. It could be powered by a massive 8,500mAh battery with 100W charging support. Other features will likely include built-in cooling fan and an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor.
