Vivo X300s Full Specifications Revealed Ahead of Launch on March 30

The Vivo X300 Ultra is set to make its debut on March 30. Additionally, the Vivo X300s is also expected to make its debut alongside the X300 Ultra. The phones will follow last year’s launch of the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro.

While we recently reported on the pricing of the Vivo X300 Ultra. And now, new information has emerged about the full specifications of the Vivo X300s courtesy of tipster Digital Chat Station. So here’s everything you need to know about the Vivo X300s.

Vivo X300s Specifications

The information comes courtesy of tipster Digital Chat Station, which reveals the Vivo X300s will sport a 6.78-inch BOE Q10+ AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a 1.5K resolution. The smartphone will also feature dual 1511 symmetric speakers and a 751440 X-axis vibration motor.

The Vivo X300s is also expected to feature the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC. Additionally, the Vivo X300s is said to pack a 7,100mAh battery with support for 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. The smartphone is also tipped to feature a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner 2.0, a USB 3.2 port, a metal frame, and IP68/IP69 ratings.

For optics, the Vivo X300s will feature a triple-camera setup that includes a 200MP primary sensor, a 50MP ultrawide lens, and a 50MP pericope-telephoto unit. Up front, the X300s is expected to opt for a 50MP selfie camera. The cameras on the X300s are co-developed by experts ZEISS.

Vivo X300s Launch Date

The Vivo X300s is launching in China on March 30 at 07:00 pm local time or 04:30 pm IST. Vivo is also launching the X300 Ultra alongside the X300s.
