iQOO has launched two new Z-series smartphones in China, namely the iQOO Z11 and iQOO Z11x. The latter has already made its debut in India and features a massive 7,200mAh battery along with a 50MP primary camera.

Meanwhile, the standard iQOO Z11 comes with an even larger 9,020mAh battery, a 7,000mm² VC cooling system, and 165Hz display. Let’s check their full specifications and prices.

iQOO Z11 Specifications

The iQOO Z11 features a 6.83-inch 1.5K LTPS flat OLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate, and 5,000 nits peak brightness. The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Full Power Edition chipset, paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. For optics, it comes with a 50MP Sony IMX882 primary sensor with OIS, accompanied by a 2MP secondary sensor. Upfront, it opts for a 16MP selfie camera.

The device packs a massive 9,020mAh battery with 90W fast charging support. It runs on Android 16 with OriginOS 6 and includes an IP69/IP68 rating, an optical in-display fingerprint scanner, and Bluetooth 5.4. It measures 8.25mm in thickness and weighs 216.5g.

iQOO Z11x Specifications

The iQOO Z11x features a 6.76-inch FHD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1,200 nits HBM brightness. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset, paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. For imaging, the smartphone includes a 50MP Sony IMX852 primary camera along with a 2MP secondary sensor and an 8MP front camera.

The device packs a 7,200mAh battery with 44W fast charging support. It also runs on Android 16 with OriginOS 6 and comes with IP69/IP68 rating and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. Lastly, the handset measures 8.39mm in thickness and weighs 219g.
