Samsung’s next flagship lineup could look slightly different. According to a tip shared by Debayan Roy, the company may introduce a fourth model in the Galaxy S27 series, adding a new “Pro” variant alongside its existing lineup.

If accurate, this would mark a shift from the usual three-device structure Samsung has followed in recent years.
A New Option Between Standard and Ultra
The tipped Galaxy S27 Pro is said to sit between the standard and Ultra models. The idea appears to be straightforward. Offer most of the high-end features from the Ultra variant, but remove elements that not everyone uses.
🔴 Breaking 🔴
So, Samsung has planned to launch 4 models in Galaxy S27 Series (instead of 3), and this new device will be :

One of those is the S Pen. As per the leak, the S27 Ultra would remain the only model with stylus support, while the Pro version would skip it to keep costs lower.
Ultra Features Without the S Pen
Despite dropping the S Pen, the Galaxy S27 Pro could still carry several features typically reserved for the Ultra model.
These reportedly include a dual telephoto camera setup, an anti-reflective display coating, and a privacy display feature. The goal seems to be giving users access to premium hardware without committing to the full Ultra experience.
The reasoning, as shared in the tip, is that many users don’t actively use the S Pen but still want the rest of the Ultra’s capabilities.
A Broader Strategy for Flagship Choices
If Samsung does expand the lineup to four devices, it would signal a broader approach to segmentation in its flagship series.
Instead of asking users to choose between a standard and Ultra model, the company could offer a more tailored middle ground. That might help address a common gap where buyers want high-end features but don’t necessarily need everything bundled into the top model.
Still Early Days
At this stage, these details are based on a tip and not an official announcement. Samsung has not confirmed any changes to the Galaxy S27 lineup yet.
More clarity should emerge closer to the launch window.
