How to Get Frost Relic in Sailor Piece
As mentioned above, all fighter NPCs in the game can drop Frost Relics, but the best way to get them in Sailor Piece is by defeating the Arena Fighters located on Lawless Island. Thankfully, this area is open to everyone, unlike Soul Dominion, which requires completing the Hogyoku quest.
These enemies have a massive 12,000 HP, so you should be at or above that level to deal with them effectively. Make sure to reach that level first before attempting to farm here. This will also help increase your health pool, making you more durable against the Ice Queen boss.
If you’re in the early to mid-game, you can also fight the following enemies:
- Curse (Lv. 7,000) on Shinjuku Island
- Slime Warrior (Lv. 8,000) on Slime Island
- Academy Teacher (Lv. 9,000) on Academy Island
- Swordsman (Lv. 10,000) on Judgment Island
- Quincy (Lv. 10,750) in Soul Dominion (Locked)

Since Frost Relic drops heavily rely on luck, you can improve your chances by equipping Luckborn (35% luck boost) or Kitsune (25% luck boost), along with the Monarch and Eminence clans, to maximize your luck and increase the chances of getting duplicate relics. Upper and Alter also work.

How to Get Ice Queen Sword in Sailor Piece
Spawn the Ice Queen Boss
Once you have enough Frost Relics, you can challenge the Ice Queen boss. Just follow these steps:
- Go to the portal and teleport to Boss Island (the eighth one on the map).
- Engage with the Boss Summoner NPC and go to the Ice Queen boss banner.
- Select your difficulty and click “Spawn.”
This will make the Ice Queen appear in the Chessboard Arena. She has 1,650,000,000 HP, so make sure to maximize your DPS, health, and Melee/Sword damage. You can summon her in four difficulty modes:
- Normal: 1 Frost Relic + 750,000 Money + 750 Gems
- Medium: 2 Frost Relics + 1,000,000 Money + 1,000 Gems
- Hard: 3 Frost Relics + 1,250,000 Money + 1,250 Gems
- Extreme: 4 Frost Relics + 1,850,000 Money + 1,850 Gems
Higher difficulty increases the drop rate for rare items needed to craft the Ice Queen Sword, so plan accordingly.
