The POCO M8x 5G is set to launch in India soon as the latest addition to the company’s M8-series smartphone lineup. POCO has already teased the handset’s design and confirmed its India arrival, although the official launch date is yet to be announced.

Ahead of the launch, tipster Yogesh Brar has reportedly revealed the expected POCO M8x 5G price and specifications. The leaked details suggest that the phone could target the sub-Rs. 20,000 segment with a large display, MediaTek chipset and a 6,000mAh battery.

According to the tipster, the POCO M8x 5G could be priced below Rs. 20,000 in India. For comparison, the POCO M8 5G launched at Rs. 18,999 for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant, while the POCO M8 Power 5G starts at Rs. 24,999 for the 6GB + 128GB configuration.

The POCO M8x 5G is tipped to feature a 6.9-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The large panel could appeal to users looking for a smartphone suited to gaming and media consumption.

The handset has also been confirmed to go on sale through Flipkart in India. POCO has yet to reveal the official launch date, but more information about the phone’s price, variants, specifications and availability is expected soon.
