Realme 16 Pro 5G Harry Potter Edition Launched With Hogwarts-Themed Design: Check Price & Specifications

Realme has added a touch of Hogwarts magic to its smartphone lineup with the launch of the Realme 16 Pro 5G Harry Potter Edition in India and global markets.

The limited-edition smartphone retains the hardware and specifications of the standard Realme 16 Pro 5G, but gets a Harry Potter-inspired design, customised software and collectible packaging aimed at fans of the franchise.

Realme 16 Pro 5G Harry Potter Edition Price and Availability

The Realme 16 Pro 5G Harry Potter Edition is priced at Rs 62,999 in India. It comes in a single configuration with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage and is available in a Magic Brown colour option. The smartphone will be sold through Flipkart and select retail stores across the country.

Realme is also offering special collectible packaging with the phone. The Hogwarts-themed box includes a Hogwarts acceptance letter, train ticket, Hogwarts Crest bookmarks, character postcards, and a phone case featuring the Hogwarts logo and a phone pin.

Realme 16 Pro 5G Harry Potter Edition: What’s New

The limited-edition phone gets a brown leather-style finish with an argyle texture inspired by the Wizard’s Chess. The rear panel features a Hogwarts Crest and Harry Potter branding, while the camera module takes inspiration from Hedwig, with the lenses designed to resemble the owl’s eyes.

The software also gets a Harry Potter makeover, including customised wallpapers and crest-style 3D icons. The Theme Store uses a Sorting Hat icon, while the Calculator app gets a Platform Nine and Three-Quarters-inspired icon.

Underneath the themed design, the phone retains the standard Realme 16 Pro 5G hardware. It features a 6.78-inch display with a 1,272×2,772-pixel resolution, up to 1,400 nits brightness and a 144Hz refresh rate.

The smartphone is powered by a 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Max 5G chipset with an Arm Mali G615 GPU. It also carries IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K ratings for dust and water resistance.

For photography, the phone features a 200MP primary rear camera and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. A 50MP front camera handles selfies and video calls. The handset packs a 7,000mAh Titan battery with 80W wired fast charging. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4 and USB Type-C.

Realme Buds T500 Pro Harry Potter Edition

Alongside the phone, Realme also introduced the Realme Buds T500 Pro Harry Potter Edition that brings the iconic Hogwarts-inspired design into every aspect of the audio experience.

Upon opening the Hogwarts-inspired Limited Edition Collector’s Gift Set, users will find a pair of customized Brown earbuds, along with an ultra-mini charging case designed as a miniature version of Harry Potter’s iconic trunk and a college-style knitted cross-body strap, which allows fans to wear the earbud case like a retro Hogwarts accessory.
