CORSAIR has officially unveiled the AIR 5400, a triple-chamber mid-tower case that aims to redefine airflow, cooling, and noise management for PC builders. The company, known for pushing boundaries in chassis design, is calling this the next evolution of its dual-chamber legacy that began with the original AIR 540 back in 2013.

A Case Designed Around Heat Separation
The AIR 5400’s biggest change lies in its triple-chamber structure — a first for a CORSAIR mid-tower. Unlike traditional dual-chamber cases, this one isolates the CPU, GPU, and PSU into dedicated cooling zones.
The front chamber houses space for a 360mm AIO CPU liquid cooler, allowing it to draw in fresh air from outside the case rather than recirculating the GPU’s hot exhaust. By keeping these components thermally separate, the AIR 5400 can deliver more consistent cooling efficiency without needing to ramp up fan speeds.

At Computex 2025, this design was recognized with multiple “Best of” awards, and it’s easy to see why — it directly tackles one of PC building’s most persistent problems: managing thermals in high-performance systems.
Dual Airflow Ducts and GPU-Focused Cooling
In the main chamber, the AIR 5400 introduces dual airflow ducts — one on top and one on the bottom. The bottom duct uses reverse-rotor RGB fans to push air directly toward the GPU, creating a cleaner and more directed cooling path.
With 430mm of GPU clearance, even large, high-power graphics cards have enough space to breathe. The result is steady GPU cooling with less turbulence and noise — a critical upgrade for gamers and creators running GPUs like the RTX 4090 or Radeon RX 7900 XTX.
Modern Build Features and Cable Management
Behind the scenes, CORSAIR has reworked its internal layout for easier cable management. The third chamber — sitting behind the motherboard tray — provides space for the PSU, drives, and cables, paired with RapidRoute 2.0, CORSAIR’s modular cable tie-down system.
Each anchor can be repositioned and adjusted for a cleaner setup, while the nylon brush pass-throughs between chambers allow cables to route naturally without leaving visible gaps.
The case also supports reverse-connector motherboards from ASUS, MSI, and GIGABYTE, making it easier to achieve a super-clean, cable-free look.
Glass, Lighting, and I/O Upgrades
Visually, the AIR 5400 features wraparound tempered glass panels that swing open on concealed hinges for a panoramic view. CORSAIR offers two versions:
- ARGB model: Includes 3x RS120-R ARGB fans.
- iCUE LINK model: Includes 3x LX120-R RGB reverse-rotor fans and an iCUE LINK hub for single-cable connectivity and fan control.
Both variants come in black or white and include extras like a stabilization arm for heavy GPUs, QuikTurn screws for faster fan swaps, and a microfiber cloth for maintaining that glass finish.
The top I/O panel includes three USB-C ports (two at 5Gb/s, one at 10Gb/s), along with a combo audio jack and a power button — giving builders plenty of connectivity without clutter.
Pricing and Availability
The CORSAIR AIR 5400 is now available globally through CORSAIR’s online store and authorized retailers. North America availability is expected in late Q4 2025, priced at ₹18,999 in India. It comes with a two-year warranty and support from CORSAIR’s global service network.
