Oppo Reno 15 Series India Launch Timeline Leaked

Oppo appears to be gearing up for another refresh of its Reno lineup, with leaks now pointing to the Reno 15 series launching in India by late December 2025, followed by open sales starting in early January 2026.

According to an exclusive report from 91Mobiles, tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore claims the company plans to introduce three models this time — the Reno 15, Reno 15 Pro, and a compact Reno 15 Mini.

Three Phones, One New Compact Model

The Reno 15 series will reportedly include three distinct variants, with the standard Reno 15 serving as the base model, the Reno 15 Pro positioned as the premium offering, and the Reno 15 Mini marking the debut of a smaller, more compact Reno phone.

The Reno 15 Mini 5G is said to feature a 6.3-inch AMOLED display, likely with a flat design, bringing a slightly more manageable form factor for users who prefer smaller phones. This would make it Oppo’s first compact entry in the Reno lineup — a segment that’s been missing from the brand’s recent releases.

Launch Timeline and Availability

According to the same report, Oppo plans to launch the Reno 15 series in the final week of December 2025. Sales are expected to begin in the first or second week of January 2026, suggesting the company will aim to position the series as one of the first mid-range releases of the new year.

What the Leaks Reveal About the Hardware

Leaks suggest that the Reno 15 and Reno 15 Pro could be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 8500 series chipsets, an upgrade over the Dimensity 8350 and 8450 used in the Reno 14 and 14 Pro.

Camera upgrades are also on the table. The Reno 15 Pro is rumored to feature a 200MP primary sensor, paired with a 50MP periscope telephoto and a 50MP ultrawide lens. The standard Reno 15, meanwhile, might pack a 50MP main sensor, a 50MP telephoto, and another 50MP ultrawide camera, continuing Oppo’s push for balanced triple-camera setups.

Lastly, the Reno 15 5G will feature a 6.59-inch flat OLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Powering the device could be a large 6,000mAh battery.
