Samsung is gearing up to launch the next-generation Galaxy S26 series next year. While the company has yet to confirm the official launch timeline, multiple reports suggest that it could take place in late January or early February.
According to a recent report, the Galaxy Unpacked 2026 event will take place on February 25, 2026, in San Francisco, which is nearly a month later than the Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event that took place on January 22. Now, a new leak has revealed the sale timeline for the Galaxy S26 series.
Galaxy S26 Series Sale Timeline Leaked
According to the latest information, the Samsung Galaxy S26 series is expected to go on sale in March next year, nearly a month after its rumoured launch. However, there is still no official confirmation from the company regarding the launch event or sale timeline, so we suggest readers take this information with a pinch of salt.
Galaxy S26 Series: What to Expect
The Galaxy S26 series will most likely include three models: the high-end Galaxy S26 Ultra, the Galaxy S26+, and the Galaxy S26. The standard and the Plus models are expected to share identical camera configurations, including a 50MP main sensor, a 12MP ultrawide shooter, and a 12MP telephoto sensor capable of 3x optical zoom.
On the other hand, the Galaxy S26 Ultra will have a quad rear camera setup including 200MP primary sensor, a 50MP ultrawide lens, a 12MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens offering 5x optical zoom.
