HONOR MagicOS 10 Announced: World’s First AI Agent Operating System

HONOR has introduced MagicOS 10, marking a significant shift in the tech industry by launching the first AI agent operating system with self-evolving features. This announcement was made at HONOR’s inaugural Global Developer Conference in Shenzhen, highlighting a transition from traditional operating systems to AI-driven ones.

The new MagicOS 10 represents a leap from standard device-cloud coordination to an agent-centric model, enhancing intelligence across devices. This development extends beyond individual gadgets, creating a connected ecosystem powered by AI collaboration. The system’s core is an upgraded YOYO, now equipped with agentic capabilities to see, remember, and execute tasks using HONOR’s proprietary MagicLM 3.0.

HONOR AI Connect Platform and Ecosystem Strategy

HONOR has also unveiled its 1×3×N ecosystem strategy alongside an enhanced HONOR AI Connect platform. This framework opens HONOR’s AI stack globally (the “1”), supports partners through three enablement tracks—ecosystem, channel, and technology & brand (the “3”)—and scales across various industry clusters (the “N”), such as education, smart home, and wearables.

The HONOR Connect platform, launched in 2022, has already linked over 30 million devices. Now upgraded to HONOR AI Connect, it transitions from interconnectivity to intelligent connectivity through comprehensive AI enablement. This platform reduces partner onboarding barriers and development costs while offering mature multimodal interaction capabilities like voice and vision.

MagicOS 10: Breaking Platform Boundaries

MagicOS 10 is the first OS to eliminate platform boundaries entirely. It allows seamless transfer of images, videos, and documents across HONOR, iOS, Android, and Windows devices. This feature offers users unmatched convenience and efficiency in multi-device usage.

The system introduces Zero-Gravity Transparency Design for transparent visual effects throughout—from lock screen to desktop—without increasing power consumption. Additionally, enhanced AI Deepfake Detection identifies fake voices and scam scripts to protect users.

HONOR AI Connect enables developers to access cross-scenario AI collaborative services without rebuilding complex base platforms. By systematically opening intelligent connectivity capabilities, the platform facilitates intelligence sharing among devices.

HONOR has collaborated with over 200 ecosystem partners and launched a program offering free IoT connectivity for superior value delivery. Through initiatives like the HONOR Alpha Flagship Store and broader store access programs, HONOR provides substantial resources and growth support to partners.
