The iPhone 17e is expected to be the first iPhone in 2026, which is reportedly launching this month. Leaks and rumours hint at major upgrades over its predecessor, the iPhone 16e. Now, new renders (shared by FrontPageTech) have surfaced online, offering a very first look at the iPhone 17e ahead of the expected launch next week.
iPhone 17e Renders Leak Ahead of Launch
The shared renders reveal the biggest design change – the iPhone 17e is expected to ditch the traditional notch and instead feature the Dynamic Island, giving it a higher-end iPhone look. However, it still retains a single rear camera like the iPhone 16e, reportedly a 48MP primary sensor.

The iPhone 17e is expected to arrive in Black, White, and a new Lavender shade. It is also tipped to feature a 6.1-inch OLED display with a 60Hz refresh rate. The device will likely be powered by the A19 processor paired with the C1X cellular modem and the N1 chip. It is also expected to support MagSafe charging.
Moreover, the iPhone 17e is rumoured to have an 18MP selfie camera. It could pack around a 4,000mAh battery, paired with fast wired charging and support for 25W MagSafe wireless charging. The device is expected to ship with iOS 19 out of the box, with AI-powered features.
iPhone 17e Launch and Price (Expected)
The iPhone 17e is expected to start at $599 (around Rs 54,200). Leaks also suggest 8GB RAM across all variants. Globally, base storage may start at 256GB, although India may receive a 128GB entry-level option.
While there is no official word regarding its launch date, it’s rumoured to take place next week, on February 19. However, since these details are based on rumours, it’s better to take with a pinch of salt and stay tuned for official confirmation.
