Motorola’s Edge 70 lineup may be getting a new addition, and this time it’s not just the Pro model. While the Motorola Edge 70 Pro has already surfaced in recent leaks, a fresh certification listing now points to something new: the Motorola Edge 70 Pro+.
The new variant has appeared on an HDR10+ certification listing, hinting that Motorola could be preparing a broader lineup than initially expected.
Edge 70 Pro+ Appears For The First Time
According to a tip shared by Anvin on X, both the “motorola edge 70 pro” and “motorola edge 70 pro+” names have shown up in certification data.
The Edge 70 Pro isn’t entirely new, as it was spotted in leaks recently. The Edge 70 Pro+, however, hasn’t been mentioned before, making this its first appearance in any official listing.
That alone suggests Motorola could be planning a more layered lineup this time, possibly adding a higher-tier option above the Pro.
India Variants Also Listed
The certification listing includes multiple regional tags, including “INDIA SKU” and “INDIA PLUS SKU.” There’s also a “SUPER ROW” version, which usually refers to a global variant.
This points toward Motorola preparing India-specific versions for at least one of these devices. While it doesn’t confirm a launch timeline, it does suggest that India could be among the target markets.
What We Know So Far
Details are still limited at this stage. The certification doesn’t reveal specifications, pricing, or launch timelines.
What it does confirm is naming, and more importantly, the existence of a Pro+ model that hadn’t been seen before.
The Edge 70 Pro, on the other hand, has already been part of earlier leaks, so its appearance here mostly reinforces what was already known.
