Motorola has officially unveiled its premium Signature smartphone for global markets. The device is also expected to arrive in China under a different name, launching as the Moto X70 Air Pro.

In India, the Motorola Signature could be teased later today. However, instead of a full launch, the company is likely to reveal only the official launch timeline for its upcoming premium offering in the country, with availability details expected to follow later.

    Motorola Signature Pricing

The Motorola Signature is priced at EUR 899.99 (approximately ₹82,000) for its single configuration featuring 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage.

That said, if launched in India, the smartphone could be positioned much more aggressively, with effective pricing potentially dropping below ₹50,000 once launch offers and bank discounts are factored in. However, the Signature’s full specifications are already available considering its global announcement.

    Motorola Signature Specifications

Motorola’s latest premium phone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. The Motorola Signature runs Android 16 with several Moto AI features. Motorola promises seven years of Android OS and security updates with the first phone in its Signature line.

It sports a 6.8-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate. The screen boasts a peak brightness of 6,200 nits and supports HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. The panel is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and is Pantone Color and SkinTone certified.

For optics, the Motorola Signature features a triple-rear camera setup that includes a 50MP Sony Lytia 828 sensor with OIS and an f/1.6 aperture, a 50MP ultrawide lens with a 122-degree FOV and macro support, and a 50MP Sony Lytia 600 periscope shooter with 3x optical zoom. Up front, the Motorola Signature opts for a 50MP Sony Lytia 500 selfie camera with autofocus.

The Motorola Signature packs a 5,200 mAh battery with 90W wired and 50W wireless fast charging support. It also supports both reverse wired (10W) and wireless (5W) charging. The phone features an IP68 and IP69 rating for protection against dust and water. It is MIL-STD-810H certified for added durability.

Despite its top-tier specifications, the Motorola Signature comes in at just 6.99mm thick and weighs 186 grams. It is also equipped with dual-stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support and sound by Bose. The Motorola Signature comes in Pantone Carbon and Pantone Martini Olive shades.
