iQOO is slowly pulling the curtain back on its next gaming-focused flagship, the iQOO 15 Ultra. With pre-orders already live in China, the company has started sharing more concrete signals around performance, and the latest one is hard to miss.
The iQOO 15 Ultra has now appeared on AnTuTu with a score that pushes past anything seen on the platform so far. The listing was shared by iQOO Product Director Galant V and shows the device crossing the 4.5 million mark, setting a new record on the benchmark.
A Closer Look at the Benchmark Numbers
According to the AnTuTu listing, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5-powered iQOO 15 Ultra recorded a total score of 4,518,403 points. Breaking that down further, the device scored 1,322,001 in CPU performance, 1,594,848 in GPU tests, 593,52 in memory, and 1,008,031 in the UX category.
Benchmarks don’t tell the full story on their own, but numbers like these underline where iQOO’s priorities are with the Ultra variant. This phone is clearly being tuned for peak output rather than just headline specs.
Built Around Sustained Gaming Performance
Based on official teasers and ongoing leaks, the iQOO 15 Ultra is shaping up to be more than a standard flagship with a faster chip. The phone will feature an active cooling fan and is expected to feature dedicated gaming shoulder buttons, both aimed at maintaining stable performance during long gaming sessions.
While much of the core hardware is likely shared with the regular iQOO 15 (review), the Ultra model is expected to go further in areas that matter to mobile gamers. That includes a larger battery, which could exceed 7,000mAh, and support for extremely fast charging speeds of up to 200W.
Display, Cameras, and Core Hardware Expectations
The iQOO 15 Ultra is also expected to come with a large 6.85-inch AMOLED display with a 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip is likely paired with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.1 storage.
On the camera side, leaks point to a triple 50-megapixel rear camera setup. While photography isn’t the main focus here, iQOO appears to be aiming for a well-rounded flagship rather than a one-dimensional gaming phone.
