Vivo is set to launch its latest flagship smartphones, the X300 and X300 Pro, worldwide on 30 October. These models, which were introduced earlier this month in China, are powered by the cutting-edge MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC-making them the first Vivo devices to feature this innovative chipset.
Global Variants: Colour Options and Storage Details
Although Vivo has yet to announce the full list of countries receiving the new handsets, renowned tipster Paras Guglani has shared key information regarding the colour and storage variants for the international market.
According to his post on X, the standard Vivo X300 will be available in four striking shades: Halo Pink, Iris Purple, Mist Blue, and Phantom Black. International versions will offer up to 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage, while the 1 TB storage option sold in China will not be available globally.
Vivo X300 Pro Colours
The Vivo X300 Pro will also be launched in four finishes: Mist Blue, Phantom Black, Cloud White, and Dune Brown. Like the standard model, the X300 Pro will feature up to 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage, catering to users seeking premium performance and generous capacity.
According to the latest leaks, colour availability will vary by region. In Australia, the Vivo X300 Pro will be offered exclusively in Phantom Black and Dune Brown. The standard Vivo X300 will receive an exclusive Red colour variant in Australia, giving local customers a unique option not available elsewhere.
Vivo X300 Series Specifications
The Vivo X300 and X300 Pro deliver flagship performance with refined design and advanced imaging. The X300 sports a 6.31-inch flat BOE Q10+ LTPO OLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, while the X300 Pro features a larger 6.78-inch micro-curved screen with the same specs. Both run on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 and are powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chipset, comparable to the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5.
They include LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage for smooth multitasking and fast app launches. The X300 houses a 6,040mAh battery, while the X300 Pro offers 6,510mAh, both supporting 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. With IP68 water and dust resistance and an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, durability and security are assured.
Vivo’s partnership with Zeiss continues, equipping the X300 with a 200MP Samsung HPB primary sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide Samsung JN1, and a 50MP Sony LYT-602 periscope lens. The X300 Pro swaps the main camera for a 50MP Sony LYT-828. Both models feature Zeiss T* lens coating and Vivo’s V1 and V3+ imaging chips, enabling superior colour accuracy, low-light photography, and portrait performance.
