Piccolo (Orange Piccolo)
After the events of Dragon Ball Super, the iconic Namekian has transformed into another form, Orange Piccolo. This change gives him the ability to go to blows with Gamma 2, an android that was created to match the power of Super Saiyans. In this state, Naruto’s attacks would probably bounce off of him using his usual Ninjutsu.
Piccolo succeeds by outwitting with better tactical ability and a giant difference in the destructive distance. Goku Black

He is also able to cut holes into the fabric of reality with the help of his ki scythe, which brings with it clones that are much more resilient than the shadow clones of Naruto.

The biggest problem that Naruto has here is that he is not able to kill Buu. A Baryon Mode punch could not even permanently damage the magic physique of Buu. Buu just had to scream loudly enough to tear a hole in the dimension or even transform Naruto into candy. Buu is able to survive in the vacuum of space and Naruto is not, which means that Buu is able to win by killing the Earth.

Hit
Hit is the so-called legendary assassin of Universe 6 and has a power of time called Time-Skip, which enables him to travel several seconds into the future or a little bit into the past.
