Nvidia’s GeForce Now service has allowed access to PC Game Pass and other Microsoft games for a while now, but it’s about to become even more convenient for subscribers to use the two services together. Nvidia recently said that GeForce Now will soon allow you to directly link an Xbox account to enable automated sign-in for certain games.

Per The Verge, this feature will let GeForce Now and Game Pass subscribers sync both their Xbox game library, their Microsoft Store games, and their Xbox Game Pass games with GeForce Now. GeForce Now subscribers have been able to sync their accounts to use PC Game Pass and Microsoft Store titles on the service, but this new connection will apparently allow you to set a login that works for supported games.

This feature is part of a collaboration between Nvidia and Microsoft to try to boost cloud gaming and streaming in a big way. Cloud gaming was also a major sticking point in Microsoft’s blockbuster acquisition of Activision Blizzard, with the console giant telling regulators that it would allow players to stream games through Microsoft’s own streaming service as well as third-party providers like Nvidia. A recent update let users launch Xbox games directly from Xbox.com via cloud streaming through Nvidia GeForce Now.
