Ai+ Smartphone Nova 2 Power 5G Launching in India Soon, and It’s Taking a Different Approach

Indian technology brand Ai+ Smartphone has announced its upcoming Nova 2 Power 5G, revealing its design, colour options and processor ahead of its India launch. The new smartphone will join the company’s growing Nova 2 Series and is aimed at users looking for a combination of performance, design and privacy-focused software.

Alongside the phone announcement, Ai+ Smartphone has also introduced its Project Open Review 2.0 initiative, giving selected reviewers and security experts early access to the device.

Project Open Review 2.0 Expands Testing

With Project Open Review 2.0, technology journalists, content creators and tech enthusiasts will be able to test the Nova 2 Power 5G before its retail launch.

For the first time, Ai+ Smartphone is also inviting professional ethical hackers to participate. The company says this will allow independent security experts to evaluate the handset and verify its software security.

The review process will remain unscripted, giving participants the freedom to publish their findings and opinions about the device.

Ai+ Smartphone says its previous open review programme received more than 700 registrations from digital creators. The expanded initiative is intended to provide greater transparency around the Nova 2 Power 5G before it reaches consumers.

MediaTek Dimensity 7100 Powers the Phone

The upcoming Ai+ Smartphone Nova 2 Power 5G will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 chipset. Built using a 6nm process, the processor is designed to balance performance and power efficiency for everyday smartphone workloads.

However, the company has not yet revealed details about the phone’s RAM, storage, battery capacity, cameras or display.

NxtQuantum OS Focuses on Privacy

The Nova 2 Power 5G will run NxtQuantum OS, which the company describes as India’s first sovereign mobile operating system.

Developed by NxtQuantum Shift Technologies, the software focuses on data security and user privacy. Ai+ Smartphone says the platform is designed to provide users with a secure and user-owned software experience.

Two Colour Options Revealed

The smartphone will be available in two Colour Fusion finishes: Golden Blue Fusion and Blue Fusion.

Both variants feature gradient patterns combining shades of gold, orange and blue, giving the Nova 2 Power 5G a distinctive design aimed at style-conscious users.
