Files are one of the collectibles in Resident Evil 9 Requiem that are tied to the Case Closed trophy and achievement. They’re hidden throughout various areas you’ll visit in the game, and you’ll start collecting these as early as the start of the game while heading towards Wrenwood Hotel. Where to Find All Files and Documents in Wrenwood (Resident Evil 9 Requiem)
Wrenwood File 1 – Investigation Report
As soon as players take control of Grace at the start of Resident Evil Requiem (RE9), go into your inventory and examine the Investigation Report. Open up the file by inspecting it and interacting with the documents inside.
Wrenwood File 2 – Wrenwood City Guide
While walking down the streets of Wrenwood City, you’ll find a flyer posted on the City Map board to the right. This will add Wrenwood City Guide to your files in RE9.

Wrenwood File 3 – Hotel Pamphlet
After entering the Wrenwood Hotel, you’ll eventually unlock a door leading to another section of the lobby with an old key. As soon as you enter this area, you’ll find the Hotel Pamphlet on the floor, right next to the golden luggage cart.
Wrenwood File 4 – Notice of Closure
Right after picking up the Hotel Pamphlet, head towards the reception desk by the stairs, and go into the room to the left. There’s a blue desk inside the room that you can go around and open up its drawer to get the Notice of Closure file in Resident Evil Requiem.
Wrenwood File 5 – Alyssa’s Journal
After the flashback, Grace will retrieve Alyssa’s bag from behind the portrait. It’ll have Alyssa’s Journal, which will be the final Wrenwood file you’ll find in Resident Evil 9 Requiem. Next, you can check out where to find all Rhodes Hill Care Center files in RE9 next.
