The company has set aside Rs 15 crore for a comprehensive auto-integrated system that offers an immersive customer experience in addition to car sales.
The new dealership, which covers 1.03 lakh square feet, is a 3S facility — Sales, Service, and Spares — an ecosystem that allows customers to purchase, service, and source parts for their vehicles all in one location. It can display 14 Mahindra vehicles, ranging from rugged SUVs to small commercial and electric vehicles, catering to a diverse customer base.
The service centre has 61 advanced service bays and can handle up to 28,000 vehicles annually, demonstrating Mahindra’s growing popularity and AMPL’s broad vision.
Mahindra executives, including Pavan Kumar, VP – Sales, Customer Care, and CX, and Baneswar Bannerjee, President & National Sales Head, attended the inauguration, emphasizing the facility’s significance in Mahindra’s regional strategy. The showroom aims to make an impression with sleek lighting and contemporary design, as well as cutting-edge technologies like the INGLO electric platform and MAIA AI interface.

Rajiv Sanghvi, Executive Director of AMPL, explained that their long-standing partnership with Mahindra is built on trust, performance, and innovation, and that with this new facility, they will continue to push the envelope and redefine what customers can expect from an automotive experience.
AMPL has over 75 years of automotive experience and operates in 20 states across India, with over 720 touchpoints. It now sells one Mahindra vehicle every 13 minutes, making it the manufacturer’s largest sales and service partner in the country. It sold over 37,000 Mahindra vehicles in fiscal year 2025.
The Vijayawada facility is AMPL’s fifth in the Krishna district, with two more planned for the near future, indicating that this automotive behemoth has a bright future ahead of it.
