BYD India has strengthened its retail presence in northern India with the opening of a new showroom in Hisar, Haryana. The facility has been launched in partnership with SAMTA BYD (M/s SAMTA Greentech LLP), marking the dealer’s third BYD outlet in the state.
Located on Delhi Road, the 2,800 sq. ft. showroom has been designed to BYD’s global retail standards, offering customers a premium and immersive brand experience. Visitors can explore BYD’s full product lineup available in India — including the BYD SEALION 7, BYD ATTO 3, BYD eMAX 7 and BYD SEAL — along with expert guidance and product demonstrations.
Speaking at the inauguration, Mr. Rajeev Chauhan, Vice President & Head of Electric Passenger Vehicles Business at BYD India, said the expansion reflects the company’s long-term commitment to accelerating electric mobility in the country. “Haryana is emerging as a dynamic EV market, and Hisar sits at the heart of this shift. With SAMTA Greentech, we look forward to bringing BYD’s global innovation and product excellence to more customers,” he said.
Directors of SAMTA BYD, Mr. Bhupesh Sahni and Mr. Bhanu Khetarpal, said the new outlet reinforces their confidence in BYD’s vision. “Hisar is witnessing rising EV adoption, and this showroom will deliver a superior sales and service experience,” they added.
With this launch, BYD India’s national network has grown to 47 showrooms across 40 cities through 18 dealer partners, reflecting its focus on both metro and emerging EV markets.
