NEW DELHI, May 14, 2025: TATA EV has announced the induction of Curvv. ev and Tiago. ev at Rashtrapati Bhawan, indicating a significant push for electric mobility at India’s highest office and sending a message to other government organisations to follow suit.

The Tata Curvv EV, Tata Motors’ flagship electric car SUV, comes in two battery configurations to meet a variety of driving needs. The standard variant features a 45 kWh battery pack with a range of 502 km on a single charge. For those seeking a longer range, the long-range variant has a 55 kWh battery and a declared range of 585km.

It is available in five personas: Creative, Accomplished, Accomplished +S, Empowered +, and Empowered +A, with prices (ex-showroom) ranging from Rs. 17.49 lakh to Rs. 22 lakh.
The Tata Tiago.ev, one of India’s most affordable electric hatchbacks, begins at Rs 7.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The Tiago EV has two battery sizes: 19.2 kWh for a claimed 223 km range and 24 kWh for a declared 293 km range. The Permanent Magnate Synchronous Motor can charge from 10% to 80% in 58 minutes using 7.2kW of power.
The Tiago.ev is available in four variants: XE MR, XT MR, XT LR, and XZ+ Tech LUX LR, with ex-showroom prices ranging from 7.99 lakh to 11.14 lakh.
