The Dolabra is a new Legendary weapon in ARC Raiders, and it’s an Energy Shotgun that has a dual fire mode: a focused blast and a spread cone of energy that can obliterate ARC foes from close range. Fueled by Energy Clips, this weapon can only be obtained by finding its blueprint in the Close Scrutiny ARC Operation map condition.
This guide will help players locate this blueprint, as well as minimize the risks while joining one of these critical map conditions where dangerous ARC Enemies like the Vaporizer cover the skies, harassing players until death. First, let’s take a look at where to locate the Dolabra Energy Shotgun blueprint.
Dolabra Shotgun Blueprint Location in ARC Raiders
To find the Dolabra Shotgun in ARC Raiders, players need to join one of the Close Scrutiny ARC Operation maps. These rotate every hour all across the Rust Belt locations, and can be accessed for one hour (like most heavy map conditions). The blueprint can be found inside the ARC Assessor units, which appear every 5 minutes on the map during this major condition.
Players will need to look around the map for a red laser shooting into the sky to locate the spot where the Assessor is. Players need to approach and eliminate all enemies around the Assessor to access three breaching points. Each of them is a lootable container which are located at the end of the Assessor’s arms, and accessible only when the platforms (plates) appear over them.
Watch out for the Vaporizers since they appear in groups of two or three, and they can obliterate any player approaching. Carrying some Wolfpack Grenades and a Hullcracker might do the trick to deal with them. Or, players can wait until another player aggroes them then dive for the loot while others fight. It is risky, but it’s still a valid tactic.
The Dolabra is a Legendary Weapon, so its blueprint won’t be easy to find. While players are trying to fetch it, they can also farm Assessor Matrix, which they will need for the High-Gain Antenna project, and also to craft the Canto SMG (another of the weapons added with Flashpoint).

To craft the Dolabra, players will require 3x Shredder Gyro, 3x Magnetic Accelerator, and 2 Vaporizer Regulators. Shredder Gyros can be found by killing Shredders, and the Vaporizer Regulators are drops from the Vaporizer enemy.
To alternate between fire modes, players need to hold the aim button to concentrate a long-range shot. The regular hip-fire launches a cone of devastating energy that shreds everything within its reach. That also includes ARC plating, so the Dolabra might be the best option to take down Matriarchs and Queens while mounted on their heads.
It is highly recommended that players carry a Photoelectric Cloak and invest some points in the Proficient Pryer and Looter’s Luck perks so that they can loot the Assessor safely and faster.
