Looting is an essential part of Resident Evil Requiem, especially since Grace isn’t used to fighting such terrifying monsters. If players want to increase their odds of survival, then they’re going to need to ensure that they leave no stone unturned and no safe uncracked.
One such safe is found in the Examination Room within the East Wing. If you want the quick combination to the safe code, then we’ve got you covered, but we’ve also listed where you can find the safe combination in your own game in case you want a hint on where to go.

How to Open the Examination Room Safe in Resident Evil 9
The Examination Room safe code is 30 (right), 10 (left), 50 (right). This means that you should turn the dial to the right until it’s on 30, then turn the dial to the left until it’s on 10, and then to the right once more until it’s on 50, then hit X/A to confirm:
- > 30 (rotate right)
- > 50 (rotate right)
Inside the Examination Room safe, you will find x3 Antique Coins, which can be used to purchase additional upgrades in the Parlor from the West Wing.
If you want to find the Examination Room Safe Code for your Files or simply to discover the code in your own game, then you will need to head upstairs in the East Wing, where, in the southeast room, on a shelf, you can find a note containing the correct combination.
