Gifts and Gifts in Return is a small world quest that can be found in Genshin Impact’s Natlan region. It is part of a much larger quest, In The Footsteps of the Chosen Dragon, and thankfully, isn’t locked behind another quest.
The quest only becomes available when players head to the location it’s in. This quest also pertains to unlocking the Rest Area Entrance in Tequemecan Valley. Once players head inside, their pet Saurian will automatically head towards the area and the quest automatically unlocks.
Gifts and Gifts in Return Location
Players can teleport to the waypoint north of the Blazing Ruins domain and head left off the cliff to the waterfall. At the base of the waterfall you’ll see a glowing structure and just enter it to trigger the quest.
Talk To Your Saurian
Once you’re inside the Rest Area, your Saurian companion will burrow into the ground and lead you to the area. When he comes out of the ground, the quest will start and then you’ll have to head to the Children of the Echoes tribe.
Where To Find The Jeweler’s Shop In Children of the Echoes
Teleport to the waypoint east of the tribe and head inside to find Imix, an apprentice of Muhuru’s Gemporium. She’ll direct you to find a Jeweler that is around Tepeacac Rise, and he’s pretty close to the Rest Area as well. So you can teleport to that same waypoint as before and glide across the plains towards the edge of the cliff to find the Jeweler above. He’ll be standing near a wooden platform.
The Gem Master will direct you to find some tools that will be located in the trees. You’ll need to indwell the Yumkasaur’s ability to retrieve it, so once you start, use the grappling hooks to propel you forward.
The first two locations will be on the trees and players can identify them since they will sparkle immediately. Follow the grappling hooks’ direction to each one and carefully land on the tree to grab them.
The final location is where the Gemstone is, and it will be located on the edge of a cliff. You need to once again use the grappling hooks and head towards the glowing area at the top. Once you have collected everything, head back to the Gem Master using the Yumkasaur’s ability as well and speak to him. You need to wait two in-game days and once the time has passed, head back to Imix and give her the Gemstone. The Gemstone will now be placed in the store, and you can view it whenever you want to.
