MUMBAI: May 9, 2025: Greenfuel Energy Solutions, a manufacturer of CNG, LNG, and hydrogen components for commercial and passenger vehicles, has announced an exclusive partnership with Advanced Cryomotive Systems (ACS) to distribute Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) tanks for automotive applications.
Greenfuel, a provider of clean mobility components for Tier 1 OEMs in India, has received UNECE R110 certification, which meets the 16 bar standard for LNG-powered vehicles and meets current industry safety, durability, and performance requirements.
This partnership aims to advance the promotion of alternative fuel technologies. Akshay Kashyap, Managing Director of Greenfuel, and Dr Prashant Kamath, Sales & Marketing Director at ACS, highlighted the Indian market’s significant potential for LNG-based transportation systems.
They highlighted Greenfuel’s market presence as a suitable partnership. This collaboration, as both companies strive to localise advanced manufacturing processes for LNG tank production, is expected to increase the availability of cryogenic tank systems for clean energy mobility, informed company officials.
