IFA 2025: Acer Launches Chromebooks, Gaming and Consumer Laptops With AI Features

Acer has unveiled a range of new laptops at the next@acer 2025 IFA Global event. The lineup includes the Chromebook Plus Spin 514, Swift Air 16 Copilot+ PC, TravelMate X4 14 AI, Nitro V 16/V 16S, and Predator Helios 18P AI. These devices are equipped with AI-enabled processing capabilities, high-performance components, advanced displays, and extensive connectivity options.

The Chromebook Plus Spin 514 is a convertible laptop powered by the MediaTek Kompanio Ultra processor. It features a 50 TOPS AI engine for offline tasks and an Arm Immortalis-G925 GPU. Users can enjoy up to 17 hours of battery life. The device also offers Smart Grouping, Gallery editing, Quick Insert, Lens search, and a one-year Google AI Pro plan with 2 TB cloud storage.

Advanced Features in Acer’s New Laptops

The Swift Air 16 boasts a magnesium-aluminum design weighing under 1 kg. It is powered by AMD Ryzen AI 300 Series processors up to AI 7 350 for local AI tasks. Display options include a 16-inch WQXGA+ AMOLED at 120 Hz or WUXGA IPS at 60 Hz. The laptop also features a privacy shutter on its FHD IR camera.

The Nitro V series comes with Intel Core 9 processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX GPUs featuring Blackwell architecture. Both models have a WQXGA display with a refresh rate of up to 180 Hz. Cooling is managed by dual fans with quad intake and exhaust systems.

The TravelMate X4 runs on Intel Core Ultra processors with LPDDR5X memory and PCIe storage. It supports Windows 11 Pro and Copilot+ features like Recall and Click to Do. The laptop meets MIL-STD standards for durability.

Pricing Details for Acer’s Latest Models

The Chromebook Plus Spin 514 will be available in North America and EMEA from October 2025 at USD 699.99 / EUR 699 (approximately Rs. 61,625). The Swift Air 16 will be released in EMEA in November for EUR 999 (USD 1164 / Rs.1,02,485 approx.).

The Nitro V series will launch in North America in October and EMEA in November with prices starting at USD 999.99 / EUR1,299 (Rs.88,035 approx.). The Predator Helios model will be priced at USD 3,999 / EUR 4,999 (Rs.3,52,060 approx.) across North America & EMEA in2025.
