NEW DELHI, June 27, 2025: One of India’s fastest-growing EV charging platform providers, IONAGE, and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) have announced a strategic partnership to integrate HPCL’s extensive EV charging network, which includes over 5,000 chargers, onto the IONAGE platform. This will improve visibility and streamline access for EV users nationwide.
By combining several charging stations into a single digital ecosystem, the integration is anticipated to greatly simplify the charging experience for users. The growing private sector dedication to India’s electric mobility mission is also reflected in this partnership.
“This collaboration is a significant milestone in our journey and underscores our commitment to building a sustainable, easily accessible EV charging infrastructure,” said Vimal Kumar, CEO of IONAGE Technologies. “We aim to continue shaping the future of eMobility in India by democratising the EV charging ecosystem, eliminating barriers, and enhancing the overall EV ownership experience,” he added
Founded in September 2021, IONAGE began as a public charging aggregator and has since evolved into a full-stack EV charging ecosystem. Its platform now supports over 5,000 chargers and 18+ Charge Point Operators (CPOs), while also serving charger manufacturers, EV fleets, residential communities (RWAs), and enterprises.
