iQOO 15 Ultra Full Specifications Revealed Ahead of Launch in Early February: Gaming First, Everything Else Later

iQOO recently teased the launch of its first ‘Ultra’ flagship smartphone in China. The iQOO 15 Ultra appears to be a beefier version of the iQOO 15, which was unveiled in India last month.

The iQOO 15 Ultra will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, which could likely be paired with up to 24GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. Moreover, the handset will also come with a new Q3 gaming chip, an upgrade from the Q2 chip on the iQOO 15.

Finally, the iQOO 15 Ultra is expected to feature a triple rear camera setup that includes a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultrawide lens, and a 50MP periscope shooter with OIS and 3x optical zoom. Up front, the handset will likely feature a 32MP selfie camera.
