The iQOO Neo 11 Ultra has appeared in China Telecom’s product database ahead of its expected launch in China, revealing several key specifications. The listing suggests iQOO’s upcoming performance-focused smartphone could feature a 6.83-inch 2K OLED display, a massive 9,100mAh battery, 100W fast charging and a MediaTek flagship-class chipset.
The iQOO Neo 11 Ultra, carrying model number V2573A, is expected to launch in China on August 18, alongside the iQOO Z11S. iQOO has yet to officially confirm the complete specifications.
iQOO Neo 11 Ultra Specifications
According to the China Telecom listing, the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra measures 163.42 x 75.88 x 8.6mm and weighs 225 grams. The phone is expected to feature a metal middle frame, while the rear panel could use glass or fiberglass depending on the variant.
The smartphone is listed with a 6.83-inch Visionox F2 OLED display featuring a 2K resolution and flat design. The larger flat panel should be well suited to gaming, video streaming and multitasking while potentially reducing accidental touches around the edges.
Under the hood, the phone is listed with MediaTek’s MT6993M chipset. Earlier reports have linked this model number to a modified version of the Dimensity 9500, potentially with one fewer GPU core. However, iQOO has not confirmed the chipset’s final branding or specifications.
The biggest highlight could be the 9,100mAh battery. If confirmed, it would give the Neo 11 Ultra one of the largest battery capacities among high-end smartphones, potentially offering extended endurance during gaming and media consumption.
The phone has also received China’s 3C certification with support for 100W wired charging. Wireless charging is reportedly absent, suggesting iQOO is prioritising battery capacity, performance and charging speed over some premium convenience features.
iQOO Neo 11 Ultra Camera Specifications
The China Telecom listing reportedly mentions a dual rear camera setup, comprising a 50-megapixel primary sensor with OIS and an 8-megapixel secondary camera. For selfies and video calls, the phone could feature a 16-megapixel front camera.
The camera setup indicates that iQOO is focusing more heavily on performance, display and battery life than offering a versatile flagship camera system.
Other Expected Features
Other reported specifications include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, X-axis linear motor and IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance. These features could make the phone better suited to gaming while adding improved durability.
With its combination of a 2K OLED display, flagship-class MediaTek chipset, 9,100mAh battery and 100W charging, the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra could become one of the most endurance-focused performance smartphones in its segment. More details should emerge when iQOO officially unveils the device in China.
