iQOO is preparing to expand its high-performance smartphone portfolio in India with the standard iQOO Z11. Arriving in August, this device will join the iQOO Z11 Lite and Z11x 5G. The upcoming Indian model is slated to bring key hardware changes tailored specifically for local consumers.
iQOO Z11 5G India Launch: What to Expect
According to recent leak by Gadgets360, the Indian variant of the iQOO Z11 5G will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7500 Turbo chipset, marking the Indian debut of the octa-core processor. This would differentiate it from the Chinese model, which launched with the more powerful MediaTek Dimensity 8500, suggesting iQOO is tailoring the hardware for the Indian market.

The Indian version is also tipped to feature a premium 3D curved display, a design upgrade that could give the handset a more premium look and feel compared to rivals in its segment. While iQOO has yet to confirm an official launch date, teasers are expected to surface in the coming weeks ahead of its rumoured August debut.
What Could Carry Over From the Chinese Model?
Although the Indian variant may feature a different chipset, it is expected to borrow several features from its Chinese counterpart.
The iQOO Z11 launched in China with a 6.83-inch AMOLED display offering a 165Hz refresh rate, 300Hz touch sampling rate, and HDR support for smoother visuals and vibrant colours.
For photography, the handset features a 50-megapixel primary camera with OIS, paired with a 2-megapixel secondary sensor, while a 16-megapixel front camera handles selfies and video calls.
One of its biggest highlights is the 9,020mAh battery, supported by 90W fast charging. However, it remains unclear whether the Indian model will retain this massive battery or opt for a smaller unit.
In China, the iQOO Z11 starts at CNY 2,299 (roughly Rs. 31,200) for the base variant, with multiple RAM and storage configurations available. More details about the Indian pricing, specifications, and availability are expected to emerge as the handset moves closer to launch.
