The Boruto series has introduced fans to quite a lot of incredibly powerful characters, and in turn, some very overpowered abilities. With each passing arc, some new character shows up with grand abilities that put all the fans on the edge of their seats.
The Rinnegan, known to be a godly eye, still exists in Boruto as one of the strongest eyes. It is a divine power that only a handful can control properly. However, the Rinnegan is no longer the strongest eye in the story. In fact, Kishimoto has already revealed an eye that can be considered to be even stronger, and fans absolutely cannot wait to see more of it.

The Rinnegan, wielded by a few individuals, such as Sasuke Uchiha, has always been considered one of the greatest powers in the world of Naruto. This eye was first manifested by Hagoromo Otsutsuki, and later on, it was awakened by Madara Uchiha and Sasuke Uchiha.

In the Boruto series, Sasuke is the only ninja with the power to use the Rinnegan, and that makes him quite powerful. As fans know, Sasuke holds tremendous eye power. Not only could he cast powerful Genjutsu with his Rinnegan, but he also went on to learn how to use space-time ninjutsu with it. More than that, Sasuke could essentially rule over life and death with this eye, and he even revealed to Naruto that with the Rinnegan, he could even gain access to Immortality. This eye is truly one that rules over life and death and that’s quite clear in Naruto. But, the Boruto series has already brought an even stronger power into the fold.
The Senrigan Is The Strongest Eye in The Story
It Can Manipulate Reality Itself
While the Rinnegan is a strong Godly eye, there is a level that exists even above the Rinnegan. Technically, the Rinnegan’s techniques still fall under the category of ninjutsu. However, the Senrigan is a Shinjutsu, meaning it holds divine power.
Omnipotence, an ultimate power that only an all-knowing almighty god can wield. The Shinjutsu of Shinjutsu. A programming language that the Gods were said to have used to create the world. — Momoshiki Otsutsuki
The Senrigan, at its base level, can give the user a real-time vision of just about everything, anywhere in the world. They can even look into the past, but only up to the point they were born. This ability in itself is creepy, but it isn’t the strongest. The Senrigan also allows the user to cast Omnipotence, which can essentially skew reality itself. Anything can be made possible with this Jutsu, even something like tampering with the memories of the whole world.
I realize that Boruto started as a sequel to Naruto, but due to Naruto’s massive presence, it’s been a pretty tough road to travel. Boruto has finally emerged as a proper protagonist in his own right. But will he be a hero on the same level as his father? Or maybe even surpass him? Only Eida Possesses This Power
So far, only Eida has shown the capability of using the Senrigan, but before her, this eye actually belonged to Shibai Otsutsuki, the strongest known Otsutsuki being. Undoubtedly, this power is absolutely immense and fans can’t wait to see its full potential.
