Lava Bold N2 5G Launch Date in India Set for June 3: Amazon Availability Confirmed

Lava is gearing up to expand its affordable smartphone portfolio in India with the launch of the Lava Bold N2 5G. The upcoming handset will join the existing Bold N2 lineup, which currently includes the Lava Bold N2 Lite, Bold N2 Pro, and the standard Bold N2 4G model.

Ahead of its official debut, the company has confirmed the launch date while also revealing the phone’s design and a few key details through a dedicated Amazon microsite.

Lava Bold N2 5G India Launch Date Confirmed

The Lava Bold N2 5G is set to launch in India on June 3 at 12 PM IST. The smartphone will be sold via Amazon following its unveiling. The Lava Bold N2 5G price in India will likely start from under Rs 12,000 in India.

Lava has also confirmed that the handset will ship with Android 16 out of the box, making it one of the early budget smartphones in the country to feature the latest Android version.

Lava Bold N2 5G Expected Specifications and Features

In terms of design, the Lava Bold N2 5G appears to closely resemble the 4G variant. The device sports a flat rear panel with a square-shaped camera module positioned in the top-left corner. The setup houses dual rear cameras along with an LED flash. Lava has confirmed that the primary camera will use a 13-megapixel sensor. The handset is also shown with a flat frame, while the power button and volume keys are placed on the right edge.

Although Lava has yet to reveal the full specifications, the Bold N2 5G is expected to target the budget 5G segment in India. The device is likely to retain several features from the Lava Bold N2 4G, including a large display and a sizeable battery.

For reference, the Lava Bold N2 4G was launched earlier this year at Rs. 7,499 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant. It features a 6.75-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate, a 5,000mAh battery, IP64-rated dust and splash resistance, and a Unisoc SC9863A processor. The smartphone also carries a dual rear camera setup led by a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 5-megapixel selfie camera.

Compared to the 4G model, the upcoming Lava Bold N2 5G is expected to offer improved connectivity, updated software, and better overall performance for budget-conscious buyers looking to switch to 5G.
