Mahindra has reported sales of over 200,000 commercial electric vehicles (EVs) in India. According to data from the Vahaan Portal, Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Ltd. (MLMML) maintained its market leadership in FY25, with a 24.2% penetration rate in the segment for the fourth consecutive year.
This growth is largely attributed to its flagship models, the Treo and Zor Grand, which have significantly increased electrification in the L5 category, up from 16.9% in FY24.
The company claims a market share of 37.3% in the L5 category, having sold over 100,000 units of the Treo, recognized as India’s leading electric auto.
MLMML expanded its product offerings in FY25 with the introduction of the metal-bodied Treo and the Mahindra ZEO, the company’s first four-wheeled electric small commercial vehicle (SCV). Following in the footsteps of its three-wheeled counterparts, the Mahindra ZEO will embark on a cargo electrification journey.
Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited, a subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, is India’s leading manufacturer of electric small commercial vehicles. The company produces award-winning EVs such as the Treo, Zor Grand, and e-Alfa. MLMML has the most diverse portfolio of electric, gasoline, CNG, and diesel vehicles for last-mile mobility, including three- and four-wheeled passenger and cargo options.
