Mahindra Logistics Limited (MLL), an integrated third-party logistics (3PL) provider in India and a subsidiary of the Mahindra Group, has appointed Sandeep Kulkarni as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) and Head of Fleet Businesses and Procurement.
MLL is making senior leadership changes following its mission statement, “Accelerating Commerce, Empowering Communities to Rise.” The company aims to be a ₹10,000 crore logistics service provider by fiscal year 2026 and among the top ten logistics companies globally by 2030. In addition, the company is committed to assisting India in developing a more comprehensive logistics infrastructure.
Kulkarni’s over 20 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, logistics, and supply chain management will be used to help MLL achieve these corporate goals. He started his career in the Indian Navy and most recently worked as the chief operating officer at Allcargo Logistics.
As part of its organizational restructuring, Mahindra Logistics has announced that Vishal Sharma, Vice President of Transportation and Procurement, will continue to focus on his current responsibilities and will no longer be in charge of the fleet management division.
MLL uses an asset-light model, allowing partners to manage operational feasibility and scalability. This approach allows the company to respond to changing client needs and offer tailored solutions to improve logistics operations.
