Ola Electric has launched a pilot program for same-day registration and delivery in Bengaluru, dubbed #HyperDelivery, which the company plans to expand to other locations.
To streamline the registration process, the company has incorporated artificial intelligence to automate various steps and eliminated intermediaries, resulting in a more efficient and seamless experience for customers.
According to a regulatory filing, customers can now complete their purchases online or at an Ola Electric Store and pick up their fully registered vehicles in a matter of hours.
“This groundbreaking transformation in purchase and delivery was made possible by the company’s strategic decision to use AI for automation and manage the vehicle registration process internally,” a senior company official stated.
By incorporating these critical steps into its operations, the company has enabled a significantly smoother and more efficient journey from purchase to delivery, thereby improving the overall customer experience,” according to a media release. The company emphasizes that it has the largest network of company-owned automotive experience centers in the country.
